Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 18 – 40 years for General & Other candidates, 18 – 42 years for PH Candidates, 18 – 43 years for SC/ ST/ RBA/ ALC/ Social caste candidates, 18 – 48 years for Ex-servicemen candidates as on 01-01-2014.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess B.Sc Nursing/ Post Basic Nursing.

Application Fee: Candidates need to Pay Rs.300/- in any of the branches of Jammu and Kashmir Bank in the account number specified and printed on the payment challan and obtain the candidate’s counterfoil copy of the application fee payment challan duly authenticated by the bank with Branch Name & Code No., Transaction No., Date of Deposit filled by the branch official as the same are mandatory.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply online through the website www.skims.ac.in from 28-10-2014 to 10-11-2014. after online submission, a print out of filled in application form should be taken and send along with bank challan, self attested copies of all relevant documents in support of age, qualification, address & caste by a Gazetted Officer by registered post to the Security beat in front of Administrative Block SKIMS on or before 10-11-2014 till 04:00 PM.

2. If candidate has username & password in past to logon to the website no need to fill registration form, if not candidate should click on New Applicants Register Here, should fill all the details & click on submit button, with those username & password candidate may logon to the website.
3. Fill all mandatory details.
4. Print e-challan.
5.Submit fees before last date of respective Advertisement.
6.Fill in the details of Bank Challan (Transaction No, Date etc).
7.Click on Submit the Form.
8.Take a Print Out of Submitted Form.
