Age Limit: Candidates upper age limit should be 35 years as on 01-01-2015. Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ ST/ OBC/ widowed/ divorced/ legally-separated women as per rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess MD/ MS/ DNB/ MBBS/ PG/ M.Sc with relevant fields.

Selection Process: Selection will be made on the basis of written test & objective test.

Application Fee: Candidates should pay Rs.1000/- through bank draft drawn in favour of “Director, SGPGIMS, Academic Account” payable at SBI, SGPGI Branch,(Code No. 7789), Lucknow.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply online through the website http://fluidfantasy.com/srhs/index.php, after online submission, a print out of filled in application form should be taken and send along with DD, all relevant documents in support of age, qualification and proof of MD/ MS degree recognition by Medical Council of India or State Medical Council, reservation etc. and duly signed by the candidate through courier or speed post in a envelope superscribed with “Application for entrance exam of SR (HS)” to Executive Registrar, SGPGIMS, Lucknow 226014 from 27-10-2014 to 20-11-2014.

8. Click on print application & take 2 copies of print outs for future use.
