Job Description :
1. Answer calls and assess customer's technical support needs ·
2. Provide 1st level technical support for basic operations using documented procedures and available tools ·
3. Resolve customer issues, or escalate when necessary ·
4. Follow-up on issues and inform customer about the status ·
5. Log issues and all customer contacts into the customer database, translate end-user business needs
6. into working solutions and provide technical resolutions ·
7. Provide system administration or product support ·
8. Support other team members on difficult calls ·
9. Participate in process improvement initiatives.
