1. Providing Voice Support to IBM Internal End Users and External Commercial Account End Users across North America, EMEA & AP.
2. The job will require you to handle inbound calls regarding technical issues for end users.
3. Remote Infrastructure support delivery.
4. Resolve routine customer problem.
5. Candidates applying and selected for the job will be expected to work in night shifts. Shifts will be 24x7 in nature and can vary depending on geographies supported.
Skills Required :
1. Understanding of Operating Systems.
2. Browser Support - Internet Explorer/Google Chrome etc
3. Strong computer knowledge and trooubleshooting skills.
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
